There are many ways to stop a panic attack: self-help books, changing your attitude, breathing techniques and relaxations techniques. But did you know that learning how to handle worries or things that are causing your anxiety will help you to stop and prevent panic attacks from happening? As of someone who suffers from panic attacks, I find it very helpful to change my attitude into a positive attitude. I ask myself, "What can I learn from my previous episodes?"
